Heavy Duddon Estuary Shell Pendant

Cast from a real shell collected from the beach at Roanhead, this is a heavy sterling silver shell pendant, hallmarked by Edinburgh Assay Office.

My dog absolutely loves Roanhead near Barrow. It’s safe for her to be off lead (a rarity!) and there are always other dogs to say hi to. I love the beach because of the fabulous views across the Duddon Estuary to the dramatic fells beyond.

This was a bit of an awkward shape to sand cast without missing out any of the important detail. Essentially I cast it upside down with the sprue on the underside - if any of my fellow metal melters are interested! 

This has been photographed on a long 66cm satellite (beaded) chain but please choose your preferred necklace chain from the list of options.

PACKAGING: Your pendant will come in a gift box with care instructions and a cleaning cloth. The easiest way of cleaning it would be to dunk it in silver dip for a few seconds.
